Refining the KSH
Last year the annual SKEG Workshop developed a preliminary KSH – this year our goal is to bolster that hypothesis and gauge expert opinion on research/data collection priorities for further development of the KSH, monitoring the krill-based ecosystem, and understanding krill flux.

Notes on Personal Data Processing
Deutsche Umwelthilfe e.V. (DUH) is providing SKEG with technical support for the online workshop and DUH’s Zoom Account will be used for the workshop. DUH processes personal data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The SCAR Krill Expert Group processes the following data for the preparation, realisation and follow-up of the event: Surname*, first name*, e-mail address*, affiliation, expertise (*mandatory fields in the registration form) in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR.
To organise online events, DUH uses the Zoom video conferencing service in the Pro version 5.X with server locations exclusively in the EU or countries with an appropriate level of data protection. This version has end-to-end encryption. Under the following link, you will find further information on the use of Zoom – https://www.duh.de/datenschutz/#c86149. Data processing in the context of the use of Zoom is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. Only the workshop presentations will be recorded.
